Transcript Requests
Alumni may request diplomas and transcripts through the Office of the Registrar. Feel free to click and the links below to find out how to requests transcripts.
Diploma Requests
Diploma requests must be submitting in writing or email and much include the following information:
- Full Name
- Social Security Number
- Permanent Address
- Degree Awarded
- Major
- Graduation Year
- Signature
There is a $20.00 diploma fee (please make checks payable to Dominican University of California). If paying by credit card please include the full number and expiration date. Send your diploma request to:
